Atlantic Cape’s 58th Annual Commencement Ceremony to Highlight Numerous Graduation Celebrations in May at Mays Landing Campus

MAYS LANDING — Atlantic Cape Community College will celebrate and salute the hard work, dedication, perseverance and well-earned academic successes of our graduates at the 58th Annual Commencement ceremony on Thursday, May 22, 10:30 a.m. on the Mays Landing campus Quad.
This year’s commencement keynote address will be delivered by Eric Scheffler, executive director, New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority. Scheffler is a dedicated individual who has been recognized for his significant contributions to public safety and public health initiatives over the course of his illustrious 28-year career in law enforcement. Caps, gowns and honor stoles must be ordered in-person or online at the Atlantic Cape Follet Bookstore by Friday, May 2.
Students may attend to all of their graduation needs at this year’s Grad Fair on Thursday, May 1, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the Student Center, G Building lobby on the Mays Landing campus. It will be a time for upcoming graduates to gather important information on commencement, transfer partnerships, Alumni Association benefits and available Career Services resources. The day will feature cap decorating, free on-site professional headshot photograph or graduation portrait, purchase/pick-up of commencement regalia, graduation toast, live musical entertainment, and door prizes and refreshments.

- Men of Atlantic Cape Jacket Ceremony: Wednesday, May 7, 1 p.m., Room H-116
- Athletics Banquet: Friday, May 9, 12:30 p.m., Harbor Pines Golf Club, Egg Harbor Twp., NJ
- Scholarship Recognition Banquet: Monday, May 19, 6 p.m., Jonathan Pitney Gymnasium
- Radiology Graduation Ceremony: Tuesday, May 20, 3 p.m., Walter E. Edge Theater
- Academy of Culinary Arts Graduation Ceremony: Wednesday, May 21, 11 a.m., Mays Landing campus Quad
- Nurses Pinning Ceremony: Wednesday, May 21, 4 p.m., Mays Landing campus Quad
- 58th Annual Commencement: Thursday, May 22, 10:30 a.m., Mays Landing campus Quad
