If you are new to Self Service, and are having problems accessing the site, see our Frequently Asked Questions for more information or choose from one of the following options:
Site will not display
- For Internet Explorer (IE) check that your security settings are up to date by selecting "Tools" in the address bar at the top of the page, choose "Internet Options," select the "Advanced" tab and scroll down to the "Security" options, check the box next to "Use TLS 1.0" and click "Apply" then click "OK."
- For Mozilla Firefox, select "Tools" in the address bar at the top of the page, choose "Options," select the "Advanced" tab and check the "Use TLS 1.0" under the "Encryption" tab.
You should now be able to view the Self Service page.
Need your Self Service username and password or password reset
- Visit Self Service
- Enter your username. The user name is your full name including middle initial if you have one, for example, Thomas E Brown’s username would be: thomasebrown.
- Click on forgot my password
- You will be prompted to enter your atlanticcape.edu email or email associated with employment.
- A link will be sent to your email to create or reset your password.
