Entrance Counseling Online
Loan Counseling
Continuing your education is a major investment for your future. If you decide to make loans a part of this investment, managing the debt you incur is a major responsibility. To ensure that you understand this responsibility and the obligation you are incurring, the Federal Government requires you to participate in loan counseling prior to receiving a Direct Loan. First-time, first year, Direct Stafford Loan borrowers are required to complete an entrance loan interview prior to the disbursement of the loan. This step must be completed online.
Please note that we are available for questions after you complete your Entrance Counseling. If you would like to email your questions, you may do so. If you would like to speak with someone directly, please call us at (609)343-5082 or 625-1111 or 886-7189, ext. 5082.

New Information Concerning First-Time Borrowers!
You are a first time borrower if you do not owe a balance of principle or interest on a Direct Student loan that was disbursed before July 1, 2013. First-time borrowers that have loans that will disburse on or after July 1, 2013 are subject to new provisions regarding life-time loan eligibility limits.
In compliance with new federal regulation, the college is required to provide you with information regarding new life-time loan eligibility limits. In general, if you are enrolled in a two-year associate degree program, the maximum period for which you can receive Direct Subsidized Loans is three years.
