Head Coach

Ricky White, Jr.

Biography:
Ricky White, Jr. is entering his first year as head coach of the Buccaneers women's basketball program in 2025-26 after serving as the assistant coach in 2024-25.

White, Jr. attended Atlantic Cape from 2006-08 and starred for the Buccaneers men's basketball program where he became the first Buc to score 1,000 career points. White, Jr. has been head coach of the Yale School for the past six years and Special Olympics for three, while also serving as an assistant coach with numerous AAU and recreational teams.

Assistant Coach

John Miller

Biography:
John Miller returns for his second season with the Buccaneers women's basketball program. After serving as the team's head coach in 2024-25, Miller will be the team's assistant coach in 2025-26.

Miller has nearly 30 years of basketball coaching experience at the middle and high school, Division III junior college and NCAA, and semi-pro levels. Miller previously coached for four years at Stockton University, was an assistant coach at Rowan College South Jersey for three years (2018-21), head coach at the Atlantic County Institute of Technology (2010-12), Burlington County College (2003-05) and Cumberland Regional (2005-10). Miller has also been an assistant coach at Oakrest, St. Joseph's and Vineland high schools, as well as with the Atlantic City Seagulls.

Miller has experience running basketball camps as Director of Philadelphia 76ers camps (2004-07), Duke University Men's Basketball camp (2007-14) and Director of All-American High School Basketball Showcase (2007-present).
