How did earning a degree from Atlantic Cape prepare you for your next steps, i.e. new job, career advancement, bachelor's degree, etc.?

My degree in Legal Studies from Atlantic Cape Community College paved the way for me to enhance my career.

 

What activities, clubs or sports were you involved with during your time at Atlantic Cape?

Phi Theta Kappa (Alpha Delta Mu Chapter).

What challenges did you overcome?

Taking classes on weekends.

What type of classes did you attend at Atlantic Cape?

I attended classes in-person at Atlantic Cape.

I would love to thank retired Professor Marilyn Keiner.

 

What does graduating from Atlantic Cape mean to you?

Graduating from Atlantic Cape means everything to me. It represents hard work, sacrifice and self-made opportunity. I came in unsure of how I’d afford college or what direction I’d go. Now, I am leaving with a degree, real-world experience and a clear vision for my future. It’s proof that you don’t need a traditional path or a perfect plan to succeed—you just need determination, support and the courage to create your own opportunities. Atlantic Cape was more than a stepping stone; it was where I found my voice, my passion and the confidence to keep going.
