What are your plans after graduating?
I am planning on attending Stockton University to major in Teaching.
Why did you choose Atlantic Cape?
I chose Atlantic Cape because I immediately fell in love with the campus and its environment the first time I came here. I loved the community and energy it gave me.
What opportunities has Atlantic Cape provided you?
Atlantic Cape gave me endless opportunities. It helped me grow and mature so much. Atlantic Cape also gave me the access and confidence to do what I never knew I was capable of.
What activities, clubs or sports were you involved with at Atlantic Cape?
I was part of the Newspaper Club as its treasurer and vice president.
Describe the biggest challenge(s) you faced and how you overcame it/them.
My biggest challenge was overcoming my own weakness like time management, motivation and self struggles.
Did you attend classes in-person, online, hybrid or remote?
In-person and online.
Who would you like to thank for helping you achieve your college or career goals?
I would like to thank the entire English department. They are amazing!

I utilized the Educational Opportunity Fund, the Food Pantry, Student Support Services, tutoring and advising.
What does graduating from Atlantic Cape mean to you?
Graduating from Atlantic Cape means everything and more. As a first-generation college student, it means a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders to allow me to overcome barriers and end negative cycles.
