Atlantic Cape Community College is hosting the following events during the month of January:
Jan. 23, 9-10 a.m.: The new Nonprofit Resource Center at the Cape May County Campus will offer free training from 9-10 a.m. in the Mullock Family Library. The training will include ten most important things to know about finding grants, including: who funds nonprofits and what are their motivations; what funders really want to know about the organizations they are interested in funding; and how to identify potential funders and make the first approach. Jan. 23, noon-1 p.m.: Mid Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities (MAC) Lunch and Learn program “America, God’s Chosen Nation” presented by Dr. Robert Heinly, noon-1 p.m., at the Cape May County Campus. Cost is free to MAC members and Atlantic Cape students and $5 for the general public.
Jan. 25, 5:30-7 p.m.: Academy of Culinary Arts open house from 5:30-7 p.m., in M Building of the Academy of Culinary Arts at the Mays Landing Campus. Register online at http://www.atlantic.edu/aca/visit.htm.
