Cheryl Knowles-Harrigan was enlisted by the Riverfront Renaissance Center for the Arts to film art lessons for Senior Citizens who may be isolated and/or may wish to do some personal enrichment. Cheryl designed the drawings and filmed two lessons for the seniors to show them how to create their own watercolor greeting cards. Kits of supplies were distributed to the community members and participants will view the instructional videos for designing and painting their greeting cards. They can stop or repeat the videos archived on YouTube with closed captions as needed. This was done through a Community Block Grant through the City of Millville in an effort to reach out to special populations in the era of Covid. The videos were part of a series called
Art for All. Participants were encouraged to sign their art, write a note inside the card, and send it to a family member or friend.
