The Human Resources Department will provide a copy of the Code of Ethics Pertaining to Conflicts of Interest for College Employees to each new employee upon his/her appointment.
Reporting of outside employment as specified in Human Resources Policy No. 803 shall be made by completing the form prescribed by the College.
