As a long-standing administrative practice, at the college's expense, floral arrangements are sent by the Board of Trustees at the President's discretion to employees and trustees, when serious illness or death occurs within the immediate family.
Only the Board of Trustees' budgeted discretionary funds may be used for the purchase of floral arrangements for the above stated purpose.
The Board Secretary is responsible for coordinating such purchases.
