The Facilities Management Department operates a fully computerized work order program for systematically providing routine repairs and maintenance to the College facilities, infrastructure and equipment.
- Work requests must be submitted to the Facilities Management Office via the SchoolDude work order system.
- Work requestors may initiate a work request by logging on to: myschoolbuilding.com. After entering their email address and the Atlantic Cape account number – 345333098 – requesters may provide a detailed description of the work requested by utilizing the drop-down menu’s and description fields. Requests are reviewed by Facilities Management supervisory staff and work assignments are made.
- Verbal requests will not be accepted except in the case of extreme emergencies.
- The requestor should always refer to the work order number when making inquiries on status.
- Upon completion of work request an electronic notification is sent to the requester. Any notes from the technician are also included in this notification.
