The Office of Marketing and College Relations is responsible for providing graphic design and production services for all college marketing materials, except for student-generated materials.
All requests for brochures, booklets, flyers, posters, forms, newsletters, advertisements, invitations or announcements, certificates, letterhead, signage, digital displays (including Xibos), templates, and any other form of print, digital or video communication must be submitted to and approved by the Office of Marketing and College Relations prior to production, publication, or distribution.
Any material produced by a department or individual that includes the college’s name, logo, or other brand identifiers must follow the Marketing and College Relations procedures, regardless of whether it is created internally or by an external vendor, consultant, or third party on the college’s behalf.
The Office of Marketing and College Relations serves as the final authority on the use of the College’s name, logo, and visual identity standards, including colors, typography, and design elements. All usage must comply with established brand guidelines and existing College policies governing the use of the College seal and logo.
Departments are responsible for submitting requests with sufficient lead time to allow for appropriate review, design, and production. All materials must meet institutional accessibility, usability, and compliance standards, including ADA requirements.
Emergency communications may follow expedited review processes as determined by the Office of Marketing and College Relations.
