Once a special event has been cleared through the Office of the President, it will be placed on the College's Events Calendar, and appropriate publicity will be handled by the Office of Communications and College Relations. In certain cases and with the approval of the appropriate Dean, programs and tickets for events may also be printed in-house with the assistance of the Office of Communications and College Relations Office.
Sponsoring units are responsible for the planning and coordination of their special events.
