Self Care During a Challenging Time
Coping with stress and anxiety can take an emotional toll on you. It is important to know that there are ways you can reduce your levels of stress and anxiety. You can achieve this by:
- Focusing on the things you can control
- Staying connected with family and friends by having one-on-one conversations, using video chats, FaceTime and/or social media outlets
- Taking care of your mind and body by exercising regularly, maintaining a regular sleep schedule, and going outside for a quiet and relaxing walk.
